Position: Salon Manager Location: Chettikulam Experience: 3–5 Years Salary: Negotiable Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon.
- Supervise and coordinate salon staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Manage appointments, billing, and daily salon activities.
- Monitor staff performance and maintain workplace discipline.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Support sales, promotions, and business growth.
- Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
- Manage inventory and ensure availability of required products.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in salon management or a similar role.
- Robust communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good team management and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage daily salon operations efficiently.
- Candidates with relevant salon/beauty industry experience are preferred.
