Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and understand their requirements.
- Present and explain property projects, features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the CRM and other internal teams for smooth customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
- Experience in real estate sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
- Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Basic computer knowledge.
