Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based at Finnati Official in Ahmedabad. The Salesperson will welcome and assist customers, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting diamond jewelry that matches their style and budget.

Daily responsibilities include presenting product features and benefits, explaining customization options, handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing sales transactions. The role also involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, keeping product displays organized, and updating inventory records as needed. The Salesperson will follow up with prospective and existing customers, support promotional activities,



and collaborate with the store and back-office teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

- Ability to provide excellent customer service, build rapport, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and upselling skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Explicit and confident communication skills in English and local languages, with active listening abilities.
- Basic math and computer skills to handle billing, documentation, and inventory systems.
- Interest in jewelry, fashion, or luxury products, with a willingness to learn about diamond quality and design.
- Previous retail or showroom sales experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods, is an advantage.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity, with attention to detail and personal presentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, including weekends and peak holiday periods as required.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
