Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive who can assist clients in selecting products and solutions based on AutoCAD drawings and construction plans. The candidate should have solid sales skills along with the ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend walk-in customers and generate sales leads.
- Study and understand AutoCAD plans, floor layouts, and construction drawings.
- Recommend suitable products and quantities based on project requirements.
- Prepare quotations, estimates, and sales proposals.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, builders, and customers.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Graduate or Diploma holder in polytechnic from mechanicals.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and construction plans.
- Ability to calculate material requirements from drawings.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Experience in AutoCAD study, air conditioning, building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, plywood, furniture, interiors, or real estate sales is preferred.

Experience:

- 1–5 years of sales experience preferred.
- Freshers with good AutoCAD plan-reading knowledge may also apply.

- As per experience and performance.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Boring Road, Patna, Bihar
