Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) . The candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and executing CRT automation scripts and supporting regression testing for Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) .
- Execute automated regression suites for Salesforce releases and sprints.
- Analyse automation failures and coordinate fixes with QA and development teams.
- Validate end-to-end business flows on Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud .
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including planning, grooming,



and retrospectives.
- Log and track defects using JIRA .
- Support release sign-off and quality certification activities.

Must-Have Skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) .
- Strong understanding of automation testing fundamentals .
- Solid experience in Salesforce testing , including UI and business flows.
- Experience with regression testing and automation maintenance .
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology .

Good to Have
- Salesforce Certification – Admin / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
- Copado Certification – Copado / CRT related.
- Experience with Salesforce CI/CD , preferably Copado.
- ISTQB Certification .
