Position :Salesforce Trade Promotion Management (TPM) Quality Assurance Engineer

Role overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Trade Promotion Management (TPM) QA Engineer to drive quality assurance and testing across our Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and TPM platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for validating end-to-end trade planning and execution processes—spanning trade budget allocation, promotion creation, baseline volume forecasting, uplift calculations, fund management, and post-event settlement/claims processing. The ideal candidate blends strong Salesforce QA experience with a deep understanding of CPG commercial operations and trade financial workflows.

Required skills:

- Atleast 8+ years of Quality Assurance experience,



with at least 2+ years dedicated to Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud / Trade Promotion Management (TPM) or dedicated CPG trade software (e.g., Kantar, CAS, AFS).
- Robust functional understanding of CPG trade marketing concepts (Gross/Net Revenue, Off-Invoice, Bill-Back, Accruals, Volume Baselines, Lift %, and Trade Spend ROI).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Lightning, custom object architecture, flows, permission sets, and data validation rules.
- Practical experience conducting API and ETL pipeline testing using tools like Postman to verify data exchanges between Salesforce and ERP backends.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Xray, TestRail, or Azure DevOps for test case execution and defect tracking.

Preferred skills:

- Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional or Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Experience with test automation frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, Provar, or Selenium.
- Familiarity with validating trade analytics dashboards built on CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM).
