About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our dynamic team at Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a strong understanding of business requirements and solution design. As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading technical discussions, designing scalable solutions, and overseeing the development and deployment of Salesforce applications.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects that meet client expectations and industry standards. Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development and implementation.



A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, or Salesforce Certified Application Architect are highly desirable. Proven experience working with Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs is essential. Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, sharing rules, and governor limits is also required.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, ownership mentality, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

Experience working in Agile environments and managing teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into technical specifications.
- Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flows.
- Design and optimize Salesforce data models, security configurations, and sharing rules to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Implement integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.




- Mentor and guide junior developers and team members, fostering a collaborative and cutting-edge work environment.
- Participate in Agile Scrum processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal system performance and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry best practices to continually enhance solution architecture.
