About The Role

We are actively seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our dynamic team remotely. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing advanced Salesforce solutions, particularly within the Salesforce Health Cloud domain. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni Studio components, including Omni Script, Data Raptor, Flex Cards, and Integration Procedures.

As a technical leader, you will be responsible for guiding the development team, ensuring best practices are followed, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-12 years of professional experience in Salesforce development, with at least 7 years dedicated to working with Salesforce Omni Studio components. Proven expertise in Health Cloud implementation is essential, along with strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.



Candidates should possess a thorough understanding of Salesforce configuration, security models, and best practices for architecture and performance optimization.

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Omni Studio Developer, Health Cloud Consultant, and Platform Developer I/II are highly desirable. Additional familiarity with third-party integrations, data modeling, and process automation will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce Health Cloud solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring seamless integration and user experience. Implement and configure Omni Studio components, including Omni Script, Data Raptor, Flex Cards, and Integration Procedures, to automate and streamline business processes. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into effective technical solutions that align with organizational goals.

Develop custom Lightning components, Apex classes, and triggers to extend Salesforce functionalities and enhance user engagement. Maintain adherence to Salesforce best practices in architecture, security, and performance, ensuring scalable and maintainable systems.

Integrate

Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and other middleware tools. Conduct thorough unit testing, participate in code reviews, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.



Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, including debugging and defect resolution within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements that benefit the organization and clients.
