About The Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead / Senior Technical Analyst to join our team, focusing on Pitcher implementation and support within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires a highly skilled professional with extensive hands-on experience in deploying and managing Pitcher modules, including Pitcher Census, Pitcher Coaching, Pitcher Connect, Pitcher Consent, Pitcher Impact, Pitcher Sales, Pitcher Zero, and Pitcher Admin.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions tailored to the needs of the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical domains. You will work closely with business stakeholders, sales operations teams, and IT professionals across geographies to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and ongoing support of Pitcher solutions integrated with Salesforce CRM. Your expertise will help optimize sales force effectiveness, enhance field engagement,



and improve overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a combination of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and leadership skills. A strong background in Salesforce development and architecture is essential, along with specific experience in Pitcher platform implementation. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Pitcher solutions integrated with Salesforce CRM, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Design, develop, and customize Pitcher modules such as Census, Coaching, Connect, Consent, Impact, Sales, Zero, and Admin to support sales and field engagement processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Configure Salesforce and Pitcher applications, including customization of workflows, objects, and automation to enhance sales force effectiveness.
- Design and support integrations between Pitcher, Salesforce, and external enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Lead production support activities, including incident management, root cause analysis,



and implementing enhancements to improve platform stability and performance.
- Ensure platform security, compliance, and data integrity by adhering to organizational policies and industry standards.
- Provide technical leadership during release cycles, deployments, and environment management activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Mentor and support development teams and support staff on Salesforce and Pitcher best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with global delivery teams and business users across multiple regions to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of solutions.
