Strong hands-on OmniStudio experience

Telecom domain - OSS/BSS, Order Management, Provisioning, Activation, Product Catalog

MuleSoft / REST / SOAP APIs / Integration Architecture

TM Forum - SID, eTOM, Open APIs

Apex, LWC, Data Modelling Integration Patterns

Experience leading offshore/distributed teams

Relevant Salesforce certifications in Communications Cloud, OmniStudio, Application/System Architect
