We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead, with solid expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL). The role involves designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading technical delivery, and driving FSL implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce technical architecture and solution design for Field Service (FSL) implementations.
Design and implement FSL solutions covering Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling & Optimization, Dispatching, Service Resources, Territories, Skills, and Mobile.
- Experience in Sales cloud, Service cloud, Configuration, customization
- Strong Experience in Salesforce Development
- Must have Salesforce certifications
