Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead complex Salesforce projects for enterprise clients in the Supply Chain industry.

You will work closely with business leaders, technical teams, and customers to build smart, scalable, and easy-to-use Salesforce solutions. You will guide projects from the early discovery stage through design, delivery, and long-term success.

Responsibilities

- Act as a trusted Salesforce advisor to customers and senior business leaders.
- Lead the solution and architecture strategy for large and complex Salesforce projects.
- Understand business needs and turn them into clear and practical Salesforce solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions and define business requirements.
- Create user stories, functional designs, and system designs.
- Review current systems and identify gaps between the current and future state.
- Design scalable, secure, and easy-to-maintain Salesforce solutions.
- Guide Salesforce configuration and customization across projects.
- Create process flows, UML diagrams, wireframes, and other solution documents.
- Recommend better business processes and future-state solutions.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, consultants, and client teams.
- Manage technical risks and help solve complex project issues.
- Present solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.




- Manage customer expectations and support key business decisions.
- Review project plans, technical designs, and key deliverables to ensure quality.
- Promote Salesforce best practices across teams and projects.
- Support the growth of the consulting practice through current ideas and knowledge sharing.
- Help customers understand and adopt new Salesforce technologies.
- Drive solutions that deliver real business value and measurable results.

Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, enterprise architecture, or Salesforce consulting.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Proven experience in designing Salesforce solutions through the full project lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and solution design.
- Experience leading discovery sessions and gathering business requirements.
- Strong experience creating user stories, functional designs, and technical designs.
- Experience with process flows, UML, sequence diagrams, wireframes, or similar tools.
- Ability to understand complex business problems and create simple, effective solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work confidently with senior executives and different stakeholder groups.




- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage risks and take ownership of issues through to resolution.
- Good consulting skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred:

- Multiple Salesforce Core Architecture certifications.
- Experience in Supply Chain digital transformation.
- Experience with Salesforce Customer 360.
- Application design and development experience.
- Experience working on large enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Ability to explain Salesforce best practices to both business and technical teams.
- Willingness to travel based on client requirements.
