Own our Salesforce release pipelines across sandbox and production environments. You understand DevOps principles and have hands-on experience with Copado or Gearset. Salesforce DX and version control are second nature to you. We are looking for a Release Management specialist to help standardize and scale Salesforce delivery with robust DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Own release planning and deployment calendars
- Manage environments, versioning, and CI/CD processes
- Implement best practices for branching and code review
- Coordinate deployments across multiple teams
- Improve release quality with automation and controls
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience managing Salesforce releases
- Hands-on with Copado or Gearset (or similar)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce DX and Git workflows
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management
- Comfortable troubleshooting deployment issues
Nice to Have
- Experience with multi-org programs and managed packages
- Exposure to automated testing in Salesforce
