- 2–3 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance with at least 2 years of Salesforce testing experience.
- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications, configurations, and customizations.
- Experience validating Salesforce components including Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Validation Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, and custom objects.
- Experience testing Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data migration activities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and release management processes.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for Cloudbyz applications.
- Perform functional, regression,



integration, system, user acceptance (UAT), and release testing for Salesforce-based solutions.
- Validate Salesforce configurations including Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards, Profiles, Permission Sets, and custom objects.
- Test custom developments built using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, APIs, and integrations.
- Exposure to Salesforce, CTMS, EDC, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Clinical Trial applications is an advantage.
- Experience in SaaS, Healthcare, Life Sciences, CTMS, EDC, or CRM platforms is an advantage.
