- Knowledge of Test Management Tools: Jira, Asana, Dev-ops, Azure, Q-test, Test rail, G-Sheets
- Tools: Postman, Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, Import Wizard, Jetstream, MS-Office
Chat Bot Testing [Both Salesforce Agents, Agentforce Agents, Ai agents, AWS Agents, Voice/chat Bots]. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2.5 years
