Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce NPSP/NPC Functional Consultant with 10+ years of Salesforce experience and strong hands-on experience with NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack) and NPC (Nonprofit Cloud).
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and understand business requirements.
- Lead functional discussions and discovery sessions.
- Configure Salesforce NPSP/NPC based on business requirements.
- Work on donor management, fundraising, campaigns, memberships, grants, and constituent management.
- Create user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and QA teams.
- Support testing, UAT, implementation, and issue resolution.
- Conduct client demos and provide functional guidance.
- Recommend suitable Salesforce NPSP/NPC solutions and best practices.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce NPSP and/or NPC.
- Experience with nonprofit Salesforce implementations.
- Robust requirement-gathering and business analysis skills.
- Good understanding of nonprofit processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client-facing and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Salesforce NPSP/NPC certification.
- Experience with fundraising, donor management, grants, memberships, and volunteer management.
- Experience with Salesforce data migration and integrations.
