- The Salesforce Platform DevOps & Administrator will be responsible for the overall management, optimization, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.

- This role will involve implementing best practices in continuous integration and deployment, enhancing productivity through automation, and ensuring data integrity and security.

- You will act as a bridge between development, operations, and the quality assurance teams to ensure seamless and effective delivery of Salesforce solutions.

You are Responsible for

- Managing Salesforce environments including production and sandbox setups, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

- Overseeing the deployment of new features, customizations,



and system updates in alignment with business needs.

- Collaborating with QA to implement testing strategies that ensure high-quality deliverables and minimize downtime.

- Monitoring and resolving issues related to the Salesforce platform, including user permissions, data management, and integration with other systems.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following:

- Proven experience in Salesforce administration, DevOps practices, and quality assurance methodologies.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

- Familiarity with continuous integration tools and version control systems, such as Git.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹325,850.77 - ₹1,468,366.73 per year
