The role involves deploying and monitoring email campaigns, managing Journey Builder and Automation Studio workflows, audience segmentation, Data Extensions, and campaign QA.
Must have hands-on experience with Email Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder, SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS. Candidate should troubleshoot campaign and automation issues, manage production support tickets, ensure SLA adherence, and collaborate with marketing stakeholders. Robust communication skills and SFMC certifications are preferred.
