- Strong techno-functional understanding of how applications and databases work
- Robust experience in triage/troubleshooting system and application issues
- Experience managing configuration on SaaS enterprise applications; Salesforce platform knowledge is preferred but not mandatory
- Experienced in requirements gathering, creating user stories
- Strong understanding of incidents, problems and change requests management process (ITIL)
- Experience working with Ticket Management System (CRM).
- Should have participated in User Acceptance Testing. (UAT)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office - Excel
- Graduate from any background.
- Very good in both verbal and written Communication skills.
- Preferred: Exposure to Salesforce platform and products, including Salesforce Net Zero Cloud, sustainability reporting systems, data management, dashboards, or workflow-based enterprise applications.
