Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

- Manage and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including data integrity, segmentation, and automation.

- Create and manage datasets and queries using SQL for campaign targeting and reporting.

- Collaborate with zonal marketing teams to plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns.

- Develop, test, and maintain email templates (responsive and dynamic).

- Create / Support in campaign preparation and execution using Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.

- Running different marketing Campaign via Journey/ adhoc

- Preparation of Email / WA / SMS templates for Marketing campaigns

- Ensure compliance with best practices in deliverability, data security, and opt-in policies.

- Provide reports and insights to optimize campaign performance.





- Keep the report of Zonal level Campaign and optimise them as per the budget

- Guiding and training to the Zonal team members about

SFMC Required Skill Set

- Positive Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- Experience of managing data and writing SQL queries

- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Exposure to CRM / Martech systems and specifically the Salesforce ecosystem will be a strong plus.
