- Develop comprehensive business requirements and functional designs, guiding the creation of effective solutions.

- Hands-on configuration of Salesforce platform, ensuring smooth day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

- Create and deliver all necessary functional documentation, ensuring clarity and completeness of deliverables.

- Ensure technical deliverables meet both technical standards and client expectations.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Clients in workshops to understand requirements and design solutions.
