We are seeking a Salesforce Engineer to deliver end-to-end Salesforce platform engineering, combining configuration, development, integration, and operational support. Aligned to a Salesforce Engineer job family, this role requires hands-on expertise across the Salesforce platform, strong integration capabilities, and a delivery-focused mindset to support feature development, releases, and production stability.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and develop Salesforce platform features to meet evolving business requirements
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Manage Salesforce environments including sandboxes, access, and configuration
- Coordinate release planning and support deployments across environments
- Optimize platform performance to ensure scalability and reliability




- Resolve production incidents and troubleshoot platform issues
- Enhance existing Salesforce solutions in line with business and operational needs
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and QA teams within an Agile delivery framework
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to maintain quality standards

Clear path to advance into Senior Salesforce Engineer or Salesforce Architect roles, with opportunities to broaden expertise across integration architecture and platform leadership.

Nice to Have

- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
- Experience integrating Salesforce with Dynamics 365 or AWS
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- ITIL Foundation certification
