- 6-10 years of Salesforce experience, with strong DevOps exposure.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment and release management.
- Solid knowledge of Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, SFDX CLI, VS Code, Metadata API and change sets.
- Good understanding of Copado
- Experience managing deployments across DEV SIT UAT Production.
- Knowledge of Salesforce metadata, package.xml, destructive changes and dependency management.
- Ability to troubleshoot deployment failures, merge conflicts and metadata issues.
- Understanding of Salesforce security, Apex, LWC and integrations sufficient to assess deployment dependencies.
- Experience working with multiple development teams and release trains.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with BA, QA, developers, architects and business stakeholders.
