We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect who can lead the architecture and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions, with a primary focus on B2B Commerce and CPQ/Revenue Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce B2B Commerce and CPQ/Revenue Cloud implementations.
- Design scalable and secure solutions integrating Commerce storefronts, Product Catalog, CPQ, CRM and ERP systems.
- Design end-to-end customer journeys from product discovery → configuration → quoting → approval → ordering → fulfillment.
- Prepare Technical Architecture Documents (TAD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
- Design solutions for guided selling, multi-tier pricing, approval workflows and subscription billing.
- Architect high-volume transactions, data synchronization and performance optimization.
- Lead Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and integration platforms.
- Evaluate and govern AppExchange packages and custom Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture governance and best-practice guidance to development teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Salesforce teams, integration teams and ERP teams.
- Ensure solutions meet Salesforce security, scalability, performance and maintainability standards.
