- 7+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce Platform with minimum 3 Project implementations experience.

- Experience with Sales Cloud &

Experience Cloud (preferably both Partner and Customer Community experience)

- Experience managing technical teams and delivering complex Salesforce solutions.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, governor limits, and performance optimization.

- Solid communication skills; will be expected to express platform knowledge frequentl

- Strong back-end development experience. Triggers, Trigger frameworks, Apex, Queueable Jobs, Batch Apex, Soql, Webservices, implementing best practices etc

- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits

- Strong understanding of Salesforce order of execution

- Experience building Lightning Web Components, Aura Components

- Experience working in large enterprise Salesforce orgs

- Experience with Git and Git repositories; Github, Bitbucket, AzureDevOps, etc





- Experience deploying metadata; Eclipse w/Ant, MavensMate, Vscode w/SFDX etc or using any major tool, Copado, Gearset, Blue Canvas, Autorabit, Gear set

- Experience developing and managing integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and ETL tools

- Mandatory Experience: FSL, Integrations, Customization on manage packages.

- Experience in coding with pre-defined static code rules and peer code reviews.

- Experience working in Agile framework.

- Hands on experience in MuleSoft in debugging integration issues.
