Required Skills

- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce Development

- Strong hands-on experience with Apex

- Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Good experience in Aura Framework

- Solid knowledge of Salesforce customization and configuration

- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs

- Salesforce integrations with external systems

- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Workflows, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Reports

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and governor limits

- Experience in Salesforce application design, development, testing, and deployment

- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills

- Ability to work with business stakeholders, BAs, and cross-functional teams

- Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices and coding standards

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop,



and implement customized Salesforce solutions.

- Develop scalable applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and related Salesforce technologies.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and designs.

- Customize Salesforce features based on business requirements.

- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Participate in requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform bug fixes, and optimize existing applications.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.

- Follow Salesforce coding standards and best practices.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and platform capabilities.
