Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer/Developer with solid hands-on experience in Salesforce, workflow automation, and lead management. The role will focus on optimizing Salesforce processes, reducing manual effort, and exploring AI and automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

- Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Engineer/Developer with strong knowledge of Salesforce automation and workflows.

- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions, including lead generation, lead management, Flow, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Approvals.

- Test, validate, deploy, and troubleshoot Salesforce automations while identifying potential issues.

- Identify manual, repetitive, and audit-intensive processes and explore automation and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective Salesforce solutions.

- Experience with Sales Cloud is preferred.

- Knowledge of Apex, LWC, APIs/integrations is a plus.

- Exposure to Einstein, Agentforce,



or other Salesforce AI capabilities is an added advantage.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
