Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesforce Developer role based in Jaipur.

The Salesforce

Developer will design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, including building and maintaining Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages. The role involves collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable configurations and customizations, as well as integrating Salesforce with other systems where needed. The developer will manage and optimize Salesforce environments, support ongoing administration tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices in coding standards, performance, and security.



The position also includes maintaining documentation, participating in code reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement of Salesforce development processes.

Qualifications

- Solid Salesforce.com Development skills, including experience with Apex, SOQL, and customization on the Salesforce platform.
- Hands-on expertise with Lightning Web Components and Visualforce Pages for building user interfaces and custom functionality.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administration, including configuration, user management, workflows, process automation, and security settings.
- Solid understanding of core Salesforce.com concepts, data model, and integration capabilities (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with SDLC, version control, and deployment tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines) in a Salesforce environment.
- Ability to analyze requirements, write clean and maintainable code, and produce clear technical documentation.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an on-site setting.
- Salesforce Developer or Administrator certification is preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
