Senior Salesforce Data Cloud & Agentforce Engineer with solid experience in Salesforce, Data Cloud, AI, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement

Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.

- Configure

Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, and Data Actions

.

- Build and optimize

Agentforce Topics, Skills, Actions, Prompt Templates, and AI grounding

.

- Develop

Customer 360, CRM Analytics, Sales AI, and Contract Intelligence solutions.

- Integrate Salesforce with

Databricks, CRM/ERP systems, APIs, and middleware

.

- Support

Document AI

, data governance, security, and platform performance.

- Troubleshoot production issues and mentor Salesforce developers.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field.

- 6+ years Salesforce experience

.

- 2+ years hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience

.

- Strong SQL and enterprise integration experience.

- Experience with

Agentforce/Einstein AI and CRM Analytics

.

- Knowledge of data governance and Agile/Scrum.

Preferred

- Salesforce Data Cloud / AI certifications.

- Databricks and Document AI experience.

- Customer 360, RAG, prompt engineering, and semantic data modeling experience.
