Role & responsibilities :

- Support the development and customization of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components(LWC), and declarative tools

- Assist in translating business requirements into Salesforce configurations and basic custom development

- Build and enhance Lightning Web Components under supervision

- Support Salesforce integrations with third-party applications using standard APIs

- Write and optimize SOQL queries

- Assist in Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and reports

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage assigned tasks using Jira

- Support testing, bug fixing, and deployment activities

- Follow best practices for version control and DevOps using SFDX and Git

- Create and maintain basic technical documentation

Preferred candidate profile





- 1.5 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development or solid project/internship experience

- Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL

- Basic understanding of Salesforce APIs and integrations

- Experience or exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud,

- Experience with Revenue cloud, Experience cloud is a plus

- Exposure to Platform Events is a plus

- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as SFDX and Git

- Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate: B.Tech (IT, CS), MCA

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred but not mandatory

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

- Exposure to Jira or similar project management tools
