Responsibilities

Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
- Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, custom development, platform administration, enterprise integrations, data management, and CI/CD.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable Salesforce solutions, with a focus on modernizing custom ordering and quoting functionality by leveraging standard Salesforce capabilities wherever practical.
- Strong communication and collaboration with business, architecture, QA, integration, and external system teams.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop Apex Triggers, Service Classes, REST services, Batch, Queueable, Schedulable, and asynchronous processes.
- Configure and customize Sales Cloud, including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, Price Books, Quotes, Orders, Campaigns, Forecasting, and Reporting.
- Modernize custom ordering and quoting applications using Salesforce standard functionality and configuration where appropriate.
- Build automation using Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Matching Rules, and Duplicate Rules.
- Design and support enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, Composite, Bulk APIs, Platform Events, CDC, Named Credentials, OAuth, and JWT.
- Implement reliable integration patterns covering External ID upserts, idempotency, retries, error handling, logging, monitoring, and reconciliation.




- Manage Salesforce security, sharing, permissions, profiles, permission sets, FLS, role hierarchy, and record access.
- Perform data analysis, mapping, migration, cleansing, validation, bulk loading, and reconciliation.
- Develop robust Apex test classes with meaningful assertions, callout mocks, and reusable test-data factories, maintaining 85%+ coverage for recent Apex code.
- Use GitLab, branching, merge requests, code reviews, Salesforce CLI, and CI/CD pipelines for development and release management.
- Participate in technical design, estimation, code reviews, architecture discussions, SIT, UAT, deployments, and production support.
- Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement permanent corrective solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, data mappings, integration specifications, and deployment procedures.
- Communicate risks, assumptions, dependencies, and blockers effectively to technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce standard capabilities and when custom development is required.
- Advanced expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Flow, automation, security, sharing, reporting, and data management.
- Experience with standard Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Product, Price Book, Quote, and Order functionality.
- Strong experience building and supporting enterprise Salesforce integrations.




- Good understanding of governor limits, bulk processing, asynchronous Apex, platform security, and Salesforce development best practices.
- Experience with GitLab, Git-based development, merge requests, Salesforce CLI, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in enterprise Salesforce environments with complex customizations and integration dependencies.
- Ability to independently manage assignments through design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, estimation, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Experience modernizing customized Salesforce applications using standard Sales Cloud capabilities.
- Experience with ordering, quoting, pricing, product catalogs, or commerce-related applications.
- Experience with complex data migrations, external identifiers, high-volume processing, and data reconciliation.
- Experience working across multiple Salesforce sandboxes and enterprise release cycles.
- Experience using approved AI-assisted development tools while maintaining appropriate code review, security, and quality standards.
