- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
- Proven experience building on Salesforce Experience Cloud (or Community Cloud) — ideally community, portal, or self-service style implementations.
- Robust grounding in declarative Salesforce (Flow, validation rules, permission/sharing models) alongside custom code.
- Experience working alongside or overseeing third-party implementation vendors/system integrators.
- Comfort owning both greenfield build work and long-term BAU maintenance of a live production system.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, able to work directly with technical and non-technical program owners alike.
- Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant, or equivalent).
- Experience with gamification, reputation/points systems, or community engagement features is a plus.
- Based in Bengaluru, able to work in-office alongside the Community team
