About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL , and Salesforce integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
- Design and develop solutions using Apex, Triggers, Classes, Visualforce, and LWC .
- Create and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and ensure efficient data handling.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and APIs.
- Work with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes .
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application issues and production defects.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Work closely with functional teams, project managers, and other developers to deliver solutions.




- Perform unit testing and support UAT and deployment activities.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL .
- Good understanding of Salesforce APIs and integrations .
- Experience with Salesforce Flows and automation tools .
- Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, sharing rules, and governor limits.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and Git/version control .
- Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II .
- Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud .
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
