Employment Type: Full time** Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud Developer to design, develop, and implement data solutions on the Salesforce platform. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Data 360/Data Cloud, data ingestion, data modeling, identity resolution, transformations, and integrations.

Salesforce Data 360 enables organizations to connect, harmonize, unify, analyze, and activate data from multiple sources to create a unified customer view.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and configure solutions using Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud.
- Configure Data Streams, Data Sources, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs) and data mappings.
- Implement data ingestion, transformation, harmonization, and identity resolution.
- Design and maintain Unified Individual / Customer 360 profiles.
- Configure Identity Resolution Rulesets and reconciliation processes.
- Create Calculated Insights and data-driven business solutions.
- Work with Data Segmentation and Activation for downstream Salesforce applications.
- Integrate Data 360 with Salesforce clouds and external systems.




- Work with APIs, connectors, and integration patterns.
- Troubleshoot data quality, ingestion, mapping, and integration issues.
- Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills
- 4+ years of Salesforce experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Data Streams, DLO, DMO, Data Model, Data Mapping.
- Experience with Identity Resolution and Unified Customer Profiles.
- Experience with Calculated Insights and Segmentation.
- Good understanding of Salesforce CRM data and architecture.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.

Good to Have
- Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 certification.
- Knowledge of Agentforce and AI use cases.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, or other external data platforms.
- Understanding of Zero Copy integrations.

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
