Requirements

- Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist to unify customer data across multiple source systems, including CRM, QuickBooks, DMS, Twilio, and Salesforce.

- The role will focus on identity resolution, data harmonization, migration, integrations, and AI initiatives.

- Lead solution design for Salesforce Data Cloud as the central data harmonization and identity resolution layer.

- Define and implement matching, reconciliation, and survivorship rules to establish a unified customer identity.

- Conduct initial data audits across source systems and support early migration planning.

- Design the Data Cloud foundation, including ingestion connectors, Data Model Objects (DMOs), and identity resolution rulesets.





- Define integration architecture covering real-time and batch/near-real-time connectivity patterns.

- Provide architectural guidance across data migration, integrations, and Agentforce/AI use cases.

- Good communication skills.

- Salesforce Data Cloud certification with hands-on implementation experience.

- Proven hands-on experience in identity resolution and data harmonization using Salesforce Data Cloud.

- Strong understanding of data migration methodologies, including source analysis, mapping, transformation, validation, and cutover.

- Experience designing real-time and batch/near-real-time integration architectures.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced delivery workplace while maintaining data quality and accuracy.

- Experience with Litify or other Salesforce-based legal/case-management platforms.

- Exposure to Agentforce or other Salesforce AI-driven agent capabilities.
