Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ and Omni Studio Document Generation Specialist with 5 years of experience to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Omni Studio, focusing on document generation. This role will be critical in enhancing our sales processes and ensuring seamless integration of document generation within our Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ to meet business requirements.

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Omni Studio for document generation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop custom solutions and integrations to enhance the Salesforce platform.

- Provide technical expertise and support for Salesforce CPQ and document generation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce CPQ and document generation.

- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features, and implement them as necessary.





- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5 years of experience working with Salesforce CPQ and Omni Studio.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities.

- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce CPQ.

- Hands-on experience with Omni Studio for document generation.

- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is preferred.
