About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Salesforce Developer to customise, develop, implement, and support scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical expertise, experience working with enterprise CRM projects, and the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients to understand business, functional, and technical requirements.

- Participate in application design, configuration, development, testing, and implementation.

- Configure and customise the Salesforce platform based on business requirements.

- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using

Apex, LWC, SOQL, and unit testing

.

- Participate in testing, training, documentation, and deployment activities.

- Contribute to the sales cycle through solution definition, pre-sales support, estimation, and project planning.

- Prepare technical deliverables including requirements specifications, design documents, status reports, and project plans.

- Provide operational support, enhancements, bug fixes, and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.

- Proactively contribute to continuous improvement, application design, and development best practices.

- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior and mid-level developers.

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and effectively delegate tasks within the team.

- Set up development environments independently and support team members with technical guidance.





- Communicate development progress and technical updates to senior management, clients, and engagement managers.

- Work independently with client technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the design and implementation process.

- Consistently contribute toward individual project and revenue targets.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 5+ years of experience working on Salesforce platforms.

- Salesforce

Platform Developer I certification is required.

- Hands-on experience with CRM projects for mid-market and enterprise organisations

.

- Strong understanding of business systems integration, object-oriented design patterns, and software development.

- Robust expertise in

Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Unit Testing

.

- Experience with

HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery

.

- Good understanding of relational databases, data modelling, and ETL tools

.

- Experience with web services and integrations including

REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML

.

- Experience working with

Agile/Scrum methodologies

.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work independently while mentoring and supporting other developers.
