Scope

Global / Regional role supporting Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud) Retail Execution implementations across multiple markets.

Location & Travel

Preferred: India (Pune/Bangalore). Occasional domestic and international travel may be required for workshops, market deployments, hypercare support, and stakeholder engagement.

Reason & Length

12-month assignment with robust possibility of extension. Required to support implementation and evolution of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution capabilities and act as a bridge between business and technology teams.

The Role

This role sits at the intersection of business process design and technology delivery. The successful candidate will work with business stakeholders, implementation partners and technical teams to deliver field force automation capabilities including order capture, perfect store audits, surveys, merchandising and route-to-market execution within Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution.

What you'll be responsible for

- Gather, analyse and document business requirements for retail execution, order capture, perfect store audits, merchandising and field sales processes.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Support design, configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution solutions.




- Act as liaison between business users, implementation partners, architects, developers and integration teams.
- Facilitate workshops, fit-gap assessments and process design sessions.
- Collaborate on integrations with SAP, distributor systems and other enterprise platforms.
- Support SIT, UAT, training, cutover and hypercare activities.
- Drive adoption of standard capabilities and continuous improvement initiatives.

We're looking for someone who

- Has 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or Product Analyst supporting enterprise applications.
- Experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud) Retail Execution, preferably across implementation projects.
- Understands CPG/FMCG processes including route-to-market, distributor operations, van sales, order management, merchandising and perfect store programs.
- Can confidently engage with business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
- Understands Salesforce platform fundamentals, mobile applications, integrations and data models.
- Has experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Thinks end-to-end and takes ownership for results.
- Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Salesforce CG Cloud mobile deployments.
- Experience working with distributor ecosystems and third-party field force agencies.
- Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
- Exposure to SAP SD and Order-to-Cash processes.
