Position: Business Analyst

Experience: 3+ Years

Work Mode: Onsite / Remote

Location: IMI, Bangalore (for onsite candidates)

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and customers.

Translate business requirements into clear Salesforce functional requirements and user stories.

Work closely with Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, and solution documentation.

Design and document functional workflows and business processes.

Prepare BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other functional documentation.

Participate in UAT planning, test case review, and issue resolution.

Support stakeholders during UAT and implementation phases.

Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend Salesforce-based solutions.

Coordinate with technical teams to ensure requirements are implemented as expected.





Conduct requirement walkthroughs and provide functional clarification to development teams.

Mandatory Skills Experience

3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.

Hands-on experience working on Salesforce Field Service projects is mandatory.

Strong understanding of Salesforce Field Service processes and functionalities.

Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce business processes and CRM concepts.

Experience creating User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, BRD/FRD, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications.

Experience working with Salesforce Developers and Solution Architects.

Positive understanding of Salesforce configuration and standard functionalities.

Experience in UAT coordination and functional testing.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Important

Salesforce Field Service project experience is mandatory. Please share profiles only where the candidate has relevant hands-on project experience in Salesforce Field Service.
