Role Description This full-time Salesforce Business Analyst role is an on-site position based in Pune City.

The Salesforce Business

Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities include evaluating current business processes, proposing improvements, and configuring Salesforce.com to support workflows, data structures, and reporting needs. The role involves collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful implementation, performing system testing, and supporting user training and adoption.



The analyst will also maintain documentation, monitor system usage, and provide ongoing support to optimize business value from Salesforce.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess experience working with Business Requirements and Business Process mapping and optimization.
- Candidates should possess Salesforce.com Administration skills, including configuration, user management, and basic customization.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem solving, and decision support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator in an enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst) are an advantage.
