We are seeking a high-caliber Salesforce Delivery Head & Pre-Sales Leader with deep, hands-on technical roots to lead our Salesforce practice and client engagements.

In this critical role, your primary focus will be Delivery Management backed by active, hands-on technical involvement. You will bridge the gap between technical architecture, pre-sales solutioning, and enterprise execution. Over time, this role is structured to transition fully into executive Delivery Leadership as you scale teams, governance, and client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Delivery & Governance (Primary Focus)

Hands-on Technical Involvement: Maintain direct oversight of complex technical architectures, conduct rigorous technical code/design reviews, and drive architectural decision-making.

Delivery Excellence: Establish and enforce non-negotiable quality standards across code quality, deployment pipelines, CI/CD, security compliance, and platform best practices.

Escalation Management: Act as the ultimate escalation point for high-severity delivery issues, systematically diagnosing complex technical or operational blockers and resolving them swiftly.

Project Oversight: Drive delivery timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and SLA adherence across single- and multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.

2. Pre-Sales & Solution Engineering

Technical Solutioning: Lead technical pre-sales efforts, including RFP/RFI responses, architectural blueprinting, effort estimations, and high-impact solution demos.

Value Engineering:



Partner with prospective clients to understand business pain points, mapping them directly to scalable Salesforce platform solutions.

Deal Closure Support: Serve as the technical expert during sales pursuits, building high-trust relationships with client decision-makers.

3. Client Handling & Executive Advisory

Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to C-level client stakeholders, steering complex conversations and managing account expectations.

Influence & Negotiation: Lead high-stakes client negotiations regarding scope, timelines, change requests, and technical trade-offs.

Ownership Culture: Drive an outcome-focused, high-accountability delivery culture that operates with a 24×7 availability mindset to support global client operations and critical production needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

Salesforce Architecture: Proven track record as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Enterprise Solution Architect, possessing deep technical mastery across Core Cloud (Sales, Service), Experience Cloud, and Integration Architecture (REST/SOAP, Middleware, Event-Driven Architecture).

Delivery Management: 10+ years of progressive experience, with at least 3–5 years leading complex, multi-track Salesforce delivery programs.

Pre-Sales Track Record: Demonstrated experience driving pre-sales architecture, proposal creation, and commercial estimations.

Mid-Sized Org Background: Direct experience operating in mid-sized organizations, showing an ability to manage ambiguity, roll up sleeves, and lead without reliance on excessive bureaucracy.

Domain & Leadership Criteria

Domain Expertise: Banking / Financial Services (BFSI) domain experience is strongly preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Delivery Quality & Health: Zero critical architectural flaws, low defect leakage, and high SLA compliance across projects.

Pre-Sales Conversion: Pitch win-rate and accuracy of technical effort/cost estimates.

Client Retention & Satisfaction: High CSAT scores, seamless escalation resolutions, and repeat account expansion.
