? Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

? Interview: Final round, Face to face, In-Person

Must-Have Skills:

- 5+ years of relevant Salesforce Administration experience
- Robust knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Enterprise-level end-user support & incident resolution
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ticket management
- Salesforce Security Model
- Salesforce Flows & automation
- Reports & Dashboards
- Salesforce DX (SFDX)
- Metadata deployment & release management
- Bitbucket – source control, branching, merging & repository management
- Jenkins CI/CD pipelines & deployment processes
