We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Trainer to train and develop our sales team and improve overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct sales training and product knowledge sessions.
- Train sales executives on customer handling, communication, and sales techniques.
- Develop training modules, presentations, and practical activities.
- Conduct role-plays and field-based training sessions.
- Identify skill gaps and provide coaching accordingly.
- Monitor training effectiveness and prepare feedback reports.
- Coordinate with managers to understand team training requirements.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Training or a similar role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Valuable understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
- Ability to motivate and develop sales teams.
- Automobile/Car Care industry experience will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across North India as required.
