SALES TRAINER

Location: Ghaziabad

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct training programs for Sales Executives and new joiners.
- Train the sales team on products, services, sales techniques, and customer handling.
- Conduct product demonstrations and practical sales training.
- Improve team performance through regular coaching and feedback.
- Monitor training effectiveness and identify skill gaps.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate with the HR and Sales teams for training schedules and requirements.
- Conduct refresher training sessions whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar sales training role.




- Robust communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
- Ability to motivate and develop sales teams.
- Experience in the automobile / car care / detailing industry will be an advantage.
- Good command of Hindi and English.
