Sales Trainer – Popular Hyundai

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct sales training and product knowledge sessions for the sales team.

- Train new employees on sales processes, customer handling, and Hyundai products.

- Monitor and improve sales team performance.

- Conduct role plays, assessments, and regular refresher training.

- Identify training gaps and prepare suitable training plans.

- Coach team members on lead conversion, negotiation, and closing techniques.

- Track training effectiveness and submit performance reports.

- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

Preferred Qualification:

- Graduate / Diploma.

- Experience in automotive sales training or sales preferred.

- Robust communication and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
