Position: Sales Trainee

Program: 6-Month Training + Full time Employment Opportunity, subject to successful completion of training

Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

Role Overview

We are looking for disciplined and fast-learning graduates or post graduates who are interested in building a career in Inside Sales and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities The selected candidates will be responsible for:

- Performing lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Identifying and qualifying prospective clients.
- Maintaining lead databases, CRM records, and sales activity trackers.
- Following a structured self-learning and guided sales training curriculum.
- Supporting email outreach,



proposal preparation, and client communication.
- Coordinating with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow up with prospects.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

- 2025 or 2026 graduates or Post Graduates only with a minimum of 60% throughout academics.
- Strong work discipline and willingness to self-learn.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and online platforms.
- Interested in building a career in Inside Sales and Business Development.
- Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes, or lead generation will be an added advantage.

Note

- This job role has Bond Period of 2 years which starts from the date of joining.
- This is not a field sales job role.
