- Role Description

We're not filling a role. We're handing someone a vertical. At LawSikho & SkillArbitrage, we're building something new — and we need one sharp, hungry sales leader to own it from Day 1.

Here's the deal (and yes, it's different):

- You start as an Individual Contributor — prove the model, close deals, build the playbook
- Hit ₹10L/month in revenue → you unlock your Team Leader title officially
- You then hire, train & scale your own team of freshers

This isn't a lateral move.



It's a founder-style opportunity inside a fast-growing edtech company. You're the right fit if you:

✅ Have 1–2 years in sales leadership / team management

✅ Are a proven closer — high-ticket, consultative, phone/video sales

✅ Love building from scratch — scripts, processes, team rhythms

✅ Can coach freshers the way you wish someone had coached you

✅ Are fluent in English + Hindi and thrive in a high-feedback culture

What you get

Work Details : Hours: 11 AM – 7 PM (Mon-Fri)

Off: Sat & Sun | No leaves for first 90 days, then 2/month

Salary Date: 3rd/4th of each month

Pay: ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 per month
