Job Overview

We are looking for a persuasive, empathetic, and target-driven Sales Telecaller to join our team at Jyotirmoy Young Hearts Club. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential residents, adult children, and families inquiring about luxury senior living, independent/assisted living solutions, and long-term wellness stays.

Your primary goal will be to convert inbound leads and outbound inquiries into scheduled campus tours, site visits, and memberships.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound & Inbound Lead Management: Make structured sales calls to prospective buyers and follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, website inquiries, and walk-in leads.
- Consultative Selling & Relationship Building: Interact with prospective residents and their families with empathy and dignity, understanding their living, medical, and emotional needs.
- Campus Tour Conversions: Pitch the features, luxury amenities, medical/wellness programs, and stay plans to convince prospects to book a campus site visit / tour.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, lead statuses, feedback,



and scheduled follow-ups using CRM software or tracking sheets.
- Closing & Membership Support: Follow up post-visit to address objections, assist with documentation, and close memberships/bookings alongside the ground sales team.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly call quotas, conversion rates, and site-visit targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 1–3 years of telecaller / inside sales / tele-sales experience (experience in real estate, healthcare, luxury hospitality, or senior living is a plus).
- Languages: Fluency in Bengali, English, and Hindi is essential.
- Soft Skills: Active listening, exceptional telephone etiquette, high emotional intelligence, and patience required when interacting with elderly clients and families.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
