About the Role

We are looking for a agile and results-oriented Training Manager to join StartupFlora, the business consultancy division of Acolyte Technologies. You will design, implement, and manage training programs for our sales, operations, and client-facing teams across multiple locations, ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver high-impact training programs and workshops for teams across locations. Create training materials, SOPs, and process documentation to standardize practices.

Assess training needs, track progress, and measure the effectiveness of learning interventions. Coach and mentor teams on communication, client interaction, process adherence, and compliance.





Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business goals and KPIs. Analyze training metrics and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in training, learning & development, or coaching roles.

Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Experience in sales, operations, or process-oriented training is highly desirable. Ability to create engaging content and deliver practical, results-driven sessions. Familiarity with training evaluation, metrics, and reporting.
