About the Role

Speak with prospective candidates, understand their profile and goals, explain Workforce Europes Germany-focused programmes, and move qualified leads through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with leads from Meta, WhatsApp, website, webinars, and other channels.

Explain Germany training, Ausbildung, skilled-worker, and German-language opportunities clearly.

Qualify candidates based on education, experience, German level, documents, and career interest.

Handle telephone and WhatsApp communication and provide a professional candidate experience.

Schedule counselling sessions, interviews, assessments, and appointments.





Maintain accurate lead status, notes, next-action dates, and follow-up records in the CRM.

Follow up until conversion, disqualification, or confirmed non-interest.

Coordinate with admissions, trainers, and candidate-management teams for onboarding.

Candidate Profile

- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.

- Confident and professional telephone communication

- Experience in telecalling, counselling, education, recruitment, sales, or customer service preferred.

- Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and measurable conversion goals.

- Basic computer, CRM, and WhatsApp Business skills.

- German-language knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
